Breakfast - lara bar, small bowl chili, kombucha
Snack - coffee with coco cream, two eggs, olives
Lunch - can tuna over spinach, crudite, grapes
Dinner - chili with veg on side
Gym - treadmill sprints (10, 20 sec run, 40 sec recovery); chest and back (dumbell chest press, single arm rows, pushups, dips, lat pull down, cable row - all 4x10)
